Qemer Software Technology PLC is an information technology company specializing in software development and graphics design and support. Qemer strives to provide high-quality technological solutions with a concentrated focus on solving problems in different sectors. Qemer established in 2019, is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company currently has fifteen part-time and seven full–time staff members with expansion plans to add ten more within the next three years.

Engr. Dawit Girma formed Qemer Software Technology PLC in 2019 and he is the CEO of the Company. Together with Engr. Seyfemichael Teklemariam, CTO and Engr. Razin Mesele, CTO of the company, they have grown the company five-fold with the addition of Six new full-time and fifteen part-time employees and anticipates a need for Fifteen more within the next three years.   

Qemer Software Technology strives to foster and maintain solid relationships with its clients, fine-tune its services, and continue to develop innovative solutions that will improve the way its clients do business. Due to its small size, Qemer has the unique ability to act quickly and easily meet or beats its deadlines. Its main limitation is its limited staff resource. Qemer plans to expand personnel over the next three years to meet achieve a balance of supply and demand.
