We had the opportunity to present our company at the Summer Launchpad Extended Impact Series this past weekend. Our CEO, Dawit Girma, was invited as a panelist for the Professional Talk Panel, a discussion aimed at empowering youth for digital growth and global competitiveness.
The event was a great platform for our company to share its story. Dawit’s talk, “Small Beginnings, Big Dreams,” highlighted our journey from a small, 9 m² office to a successful tech company. He inspired the young audience to seize the opportunities available in the tech industry today. He spoke about the immense opportunities available in the tech sector, urging the youth to not only embrace but also create them. He candidly addressed the challenges he and Qemer Tech faced, emphasizing that every hurdle was a lesson that shaped the company’s growth.
The panel discussion also featured other experts who shared their valuable insights on topics like the importance of self-awareness, the discipline of continuous learning, and using digital platforms to build a personal brand. It was truly inspiring to see so many young, ambitious individuals dedicated to their professional growth.
